Product Introduction
◆ The rainforest valve skid is an integrated fire-fighting device that combines a deluge valve, control system, piping, and auxiliary components through a modular design, enabling rapid response and large-area spray fire suppression. The KinFire combined pressure-controlled deluge valve skid system is suitable for flow control in large fire-fighting systems. The system includes a deluge valve with internal water control piping (filters, ball valves, accelerator shut-off valves, etc.), upstream and downstream, bypass, and test butterfly valves, corrosion-resistant piping, and a frame. The deluge system can be activated via electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electro-pneumatic signal control. When opened, the valve reduces the upstream high pressure to a preset downstream low pressure, ensuring the flow rate matches the system design.
How it works
◆ The central control system automatically or manually activates the solenoid valve, rapidly releasing water from the upper chamber of the deluge valve. The pressure before the valve opens the diaphragm within the valve chamber, allowing water to enter the fire sprinkler network for spraying. When the fire alarm is cleared, the solenoid valve closes (if the solenoid valve has a manual reset function, it should be manually reset on-site after confirming safety). Water pressure before the valve enters the valve chamber through the pressure-sensing pipeline, increasing the water pressure inside the chamber and causing the diaphragm to reset, closing the deluge valve.
