Product Introduction
◆ Carbon dioxide gas fire extinguishing system is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly fire-fighting device that achieves rapid fire extinguishing by releasing high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide. It is widely used in various key protected locations. Its core fire extinguishing mechanism is asphyxiation: when the system is released, a large amount of carbon dioxide rapidly dilutes the oxygen concentration in the fire area (down to below 12%), inhibiting the combustion reaction; at the same time, the liquid carbon dioxide absorbs heat during vaporization, producing a cooling effect and further reducing the flame temperature. The system mainly consists of a storage container (high-pressure or low-pressure), control valve assembly, piping network, nozzles, and fire detection and alarm devices. It supports automatic, manual, and mechanical emergency start-up and can be flexibly configured as a total flooding system or a local application system to meet the needs of different scenarios.
Application places
◆ The system has significant advantages: the extinguishing agent is colorless, odorless, non-conductive, and leaves no residue. It will not corrode equipment or pollute the environment, making it particularly suitable for water-sensitive locations such as libraries, archives, data centers, precision instrument rooms, substations, and oil-immersed transformers.

◆ High concentrations of carbon dioxide pose a fatal asphyxiation risk to humans. Therefore, the design must strictly adhere to national standards, ensuring the protected area is well-sealed and equipped with audible and visual alarms, delayed discharge mechanisms, and ventilation linkage devices to prevent accidental entry. Furthermore, the high-pressure system stores at a pressure of 5.17 MPa (20°C), requiring regular monitoring of container pressure and leakage to ensure system reliability.
