Externally pressurized FM200 fire suppression system
Product Introduction
◆ Heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea) is a clean gaseous fire extinguishing agent that primarily uses chemical extinguishing while also possessing physical extinguishing properties. A heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system uses heptafluoropropane as the extinguishing agent and nitrogen as the propellant gas, released through nozzles, and is a stationary fire extinguishing system that vaporizes and extinguishes fires in a very short time. The externally pressurized heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system incorporates advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, featuring high strength, a high safety factor, reliable operation, and convenient operation and maintenance. It also offers multiple activation methods, including automatic, manual, and mechanical emergency start, ensuring system safety and reliability.
Features
◆ Long delivery distance: Compared to internally pressurized heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing systems, the extinguishing agent can be delivered over a longer distance, reaching up to 240m, making it suitable for protecting distant and large spaces. ◆ Fast fire extinguishing response: The system employs a separate storage design, with the extinguishing agent and pressurized gas stored independently. Upon activation, the pressurized gas propels the extinguishing agent at high speed, resulting in a short extinguishing time. ◆ High fire extinguishing efficiency: The pipeline layout and nozzle distribution are even, ensuring more uniform spraying and facilitating fire extinguishing. ◆ Low pipeline cost: Compared to traditional internally pressurized heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing systems, the diameter of the agent delivery pipeline can be relatively smaller, resulting in lower pipeline costs.
Scope of application
◆ Suitable for extinguishing the following fires: electrical fires; solid surface fires; liquid fires; and gas fires where the gas supply can be cut off before extinguishing. ◆ Suitable for use in the following locations: frequently occupied areas; locations where no residue is required after chemical spraying or where cleaning is difficult; protected areas containing valuables, archives, and hardware/software. Particularly suitable for: control rooms, data centers, archives, libraries, computer rooms, etc. ◆ Not suitable for extinguishing the following fires: fires involving oxidizing chemicals such as cellulose nitrate and sodium nitrate; fires involving reactive metals such as potassium, magnesium, sodium, titanium, zirconium, and uranium; fires involving metal hydrides such as potassium hydride and sodium hydride; and fires involving self-decomposing chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide and hydrazine.
