Introduction To Bursting Diaphragm
◆ Bursting diaphragms are used to protect components from overpressure shocks. All closed parts of the pressure system must be equipped with blasting diaphragms, including cylinder handwheel valves, release valves and the header system

The blasting diaphragm is only fitted with corresponding bolts. A seal must be provided between the blasting diaphragm and the pressure side
The bolts and threads of the blasting diaphragm must be lubricated and tightened with a torque of 24-28Nm (an excessively high torque will cause air leakage, and an excessively low torque will cause premature blasting)
The blasting diaphragm must be replaced after being damaged, and the cause of overpressure must be found and corrected
The burst pressure is between 1.25 times the maximum working pressure and 95% of the test pressure (allowable tolerance +/-5%)
Maximum working pressure：17.2MPa 、23.2MPa
Test pressure： 25、 34.8MPa
