Introduction To Cylinder Unit For Fire Extinguishing Agent
◆ The cylinder unit for fire extinguishing agent is composed of a storage cylinder, a handwheel valve, a release valve and a pressure meter. The cylinder unit is filled with heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent. A complete set of steel cylinders equipped with INERGEN and handwheel valves are used for the INERGEN fire extinguishing system.

The cylinder must be securely mounted to the wall or floor on a suitable bracket. If a sprayer is directly connected to the release valve, a verification (test) is required every 10 years, or in accordance with the regulations of local authorities.
