Introduction To Deluge Valve System
◆ The KinFire deluge system includes deluge valves with internal water diversion control pipelines (filters, ball valves, accelerator stop valves, etc.), upstream and downstream valves, bypass and test butterfly valves, anti-corrosive pipelines and brackets. The skid valve bank of the blowoff valve and all the water and gas pipelines are connected at the edge of the valve skid. All the electrical interfaces are connected to the junction box inside the skid. The entire deluge system is fabricated inside the skid and can be started by the solenoid valve (electricity), the pneumatic control valve (air pressure), and the hand control valve (emergency start).
All actuators, position displays, pneumatic/electric relays, limit switches, solenoid valves, skid cables, pressure regulating valves and other devices are all installed, wired and tested in the factory, or configured according to the technical requirements of customers.
The water spray fire extinguishing system can be used to put out solid fires, liquid fires with a flash point higher than 60°C and electrical fires. It can also be used for the protective cooling of the production, storage, and loading/unloading devices / facilities for combustible gas and class A, B, C liquid. The water spray fire extinguishing system cannot be used to extinguish fires in which combustion and explosion are caused by chemical reaction with water, or fires in which the water mist causes serious damage to the protected object.

Ball valve: optional material-nickel aluminum bronze, Monel, carbon steel with coating, stainless steel
Control panel, electrical and pneumatic instruments: valve position switch, pressure gauge valve group, pressure switch
Accessories such as anti-corrosion pipes and brackets
Water mist nozzle: UL/FM approved, brass, stainless steel.
Deluge valve skid interface form: American standard flange interface.
