Introduction To Cylinder Unit For Fire Extinguishing Agent
◆ The cylinder unit for fire extinguishing agent is composed of a storage steel cylinder and a container valve (including full drain devices). The cylinder unit is filled with heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent.
Working Principle
◆ The container valve is activated by pressure difference. The pilot valve pneumatically and manually punctures the diaphragm, and the container valve is opened to release the fire extinguishing agent. The valve is equipped with a safety relief device with the relief pressure ranging within 7.2±0.36 MPa. After the container valve is opened or the safety relief device is discharged, it is required to replace a new diaphragm manufactured by us.
◆ The container valve is made of brass, and its surface is passivated.
◆ The fire extinguishing agent bottle group is filled with heptafluoropropane agent, the dosage is determined by the engineering design, the storage pressure is 4.2MPa, and the maximum filling density is 950Kg/m³.
