Product Introduction

◆ Pressure-type proportioning mixing unit conforms to GB20031-2024 and CNOOC enterprise standards.

Standard QBZH11102.08-2021. A pressure-type proportioning mixing device mainly consists of a tank, bladder, proportioner, inlet pipe, outlet pipe, drain valve, drain valve, safety valve, and pressure gauge. Each pipe is equipped with a valve, and the inlet pipe has a pressure gauge. The bladder is housed within the tank, and its internal cavity and tank cavity are independent. It is used to store foam extinguishing agent and, through the action of the pressure-type proportioner, replaces the foam extinguishing agent stored in the fire-fighting water supply device, mixing it with the supply water in a certain proportion to form a foam mixture. When a fire occurs, the fire pump is started, and pressurized water flows through the pressure proportioner. A small portion of this water enters the storage tank, squeezing the bladder. Under the pressure of the water, an equal amount of foam liquid is displaced and enters the proportioner. The pressurized water and foam are automatically mixed in proportion to form a foam mixture, which is then transported through pipelines to foam generators, foam guns, foam cannons, or other foam extinguishing equipment to generate air foam for fire suppression.
